Understanding the technology concerns and needs of our campus community is critical to Northwest's resiliency and success. More importantly, it allows the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to anticipate concerns and needs for the future of technology on campus.

Toward the goal of actively listening to you, OIT provides a dedicated call center with trained staff to provide live customer care to help support alumni, faculty, staff and students with their technology questions and issues.
